Yes we require the following vaccinations: Baseline vaccines (DHPP); Bordetella (Kennel Cough); Rabies

We have surveillance cameras at all times, sprinkler system, air conditioning and suitable cages or pens for times when needed. The outside doors are always locked.

In low season: you can cancel your dates at any time.
In high season: once you made the deposit and you cancel, we keep the deposited amount only.

When you fill out your pet’s file, we ask you to supply the phone number of your pet’s veterinary and an emergency contact you have submitted.

Yes, you have to bring your pet’s food with the right portion required for them. If you don’t bring any: for an extra fee, we will feed your furry friend.

Your animal is always welcome to bring their favourite toy as a comfort and moral support while you are not with them.

We don’t have any restrictions on the breed or the size of the animals we accept in our pet hotel.

We don’t allow any visitors inside the kennels and play areas of our animals due to security and safety reasons. The pet shop is open to anyone.

The pet hotel has been in service since 2011 and started by the previous owner.

No, we don’t have a designated fenced outdoor space for the dogs to run around, but we take them outside for a walk one by one (1 time for daycare and multiple times for boarding).

We have a play area for the dogs that are more social and calm. For the dogs that are less social or more anxious or excited to play all the time or agitated, we have break out spaces and cages to accommodate them.

The cage for the boarding animal is cleaned between each occupant and anytime when it needs to be cleaned.The feeding and drinking bowls are cleaned after each use. The play are is cleaned multiple times a day.

We always have a comfortable level of temperature in the summer and in the winter times. (Heating and air conditioning.)

Yes, every dog’s photo is posted on our Facebook Page every 3 days. For more regular updates you can always contact us by email, Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct Messages.
Note: during high season we might not have that many opportunities to update you with personal photos of your loved animal.

We are flexible in case of an unforeseen reason, but an extra fee might apply.

Additional Information

During periods of high demand, our prices increase and availability is limited. Please book in advance to ensure there is space.

Charges will be applied to any modification or cancellation of reservation in high season. A non-refundable deposit is required for all high season reservations.
