Please Read

We understand that you love your furry friend and want only the best for them. That’s why we have established a set of policies and procedures that ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs in our care.

Vaccination

Ensure vaccinations are updated 1 weeks prior to arrival or they will be refused for their stay. Proof of vaccination must be provided before your dog can participate in any of our services. We recommend that you speak with your veterinarian to ensure that your dog is up to date on all necessary vaccinations.

  • Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
  • Rabies

Pick Up / Drop Off Outside of Opening Hours

  • If you’d like to pick up or drop off your pet outside of our opening hours, we’ll need to make special arrangements for you. For this service, we charge a fee. Please provide ample notice so we may ensure an employee is available.
